Edwin Remsberg
– University of Maryland Photographer Edwin Remsberg is nationally known for his work photographing food and agriculture. He has illustrated 8 books on subjects ranging from cooking to public sculpture.   Edwin teaches workshops in photography to adults and 4-Hers through his work with University of Maryland Extension.  In addition to his UM work Edwin also owns his own company, Remsberg Inc., working with clients all over the world, from Africa to Alaska.   Edwin was previously a staff photographer for the Baltimore Sun and The Associated Press and  began his career eons ago at the University of Maryland  as photo editor of the Diamondback.

Joanne Littlefield – Joanne Littlefield is a writer and visual communicator, based in northern Colorado, at Colorado State University. She earned her phD in 2016, and has spent her career developing stories on the rural and urban communities interested in where food comes from, including gardens, small and large farms. She’ll bring her expertise in the combination of words and images, along with her interviewing skills, to participants as they discover the people who create the landscape of Yorkshire.
